James Sykes Memorial Golf Tournament Registration

February 1, 2020 @ 7:00 am - May 1, 2020 @ 5:00 pm

Join us in the inaugural James Sykes Memorial Golf Tournament.

In remembrance of James Sykes, First Baptist Church of Grayson is hosting a charity golf tournament. James was a great golfer whose dream was to one day play on the PGA Tour Champions. He also loved working with others at the Church where he served as Worship and Music Minister and working with StreetWise Georgia, a nonprofit committed to helping struggling families living below the poverty level get back on their feet and function independently by providing food and necessities to families in need.

First Baptist Grayson, seeking to show Christ to the world for 107 years, has opened its facilities without charge to the community and to organizations such as
Narcotics Anonymous, Babies Can’t Wait, Gwinnett Foster Moms, wheel chair soccer, various home owner associations, Boy Scouts of America–Girl Scouts of
America, and has served as a polling location. Word Aflame Tabernacle has used the Family Life Center since their worship center was destroyed in a fire in November 2018.

Proceeds from this charity tournament honoring James’ life and ministry will support the ongoing ministries at First Baptist Grayson and StreetWise. Please
join us for a day of fellowship and fun competition as we honor and remember James.

Online registration and payments are available beginning February 1 and due by May 1, 2020.
